How to Use
Dosage
One spray in each nostril.
Method
Administered into the nose.
Important
The maximum daily dose is one spray in each nostril, morning and evening.
Possible Side Effects
COMMON
- •Nosebleed
- •Headache
- •Bitter taste in the mouth, especially if you tilt your head back. Drinking a soft drink can help.
- •Unpleasant smell
RARE
- •Mild irritation inside the nose, causing slight stinging, itching, or sneezing.
- •Dry nose, cough, dry throat, or irritated throat.
- •Dry mouth
- •Dizziness or drowsiness
- •Cataracts, glaucoma, or increased eye pressure, which can cause blurred vision, red or painful eyes. These are reported after long-term use.
- •Damage to the skin and lining inside the nose.
- •Nausea, fatigue, or severe weakness.
- •Skin rash, itching, or raised itchy bumps.
- •Bronchospasm (narrowing of the airways).
- •Severe allergic reaction with swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, causing difficulty swallowing or breathing, or a sudden skin rash. Seek medical help immediately.
- •Blurred vision

Important Warnings
- Do not use if you are allergic to azelastine hydrochloride, fluticasone propionate, or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Talk to your doctor if you have recently had nose surgery.
- Talk to your doctor if you have an infection in your nose. Any nose infections should be treated with anti-bacterial or anti-fungal medicine first.
- Talk to your doctor if you have tuberculosis or an untreated infection.
- Talk to your doctor if your vision changes, or if you have had increased eye pressure, glaucoma, or cataracts in the past.

- Talk to your doctor if your adrenal glands are not working well, especially if you are switching from steroid pills to this nasal spray.
- Talk to your doctor if you have severe liver disease.
- This medicine is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
