How to Use

Dosage

One sachet (1500 mg glucosamine sulfate) once daily.

Method

Mix the contents of one sachet with a glass of water and drink. It is best taken with a meal.

Important

Maximum one sachet per day.

  • Hair loss
  • Swelling of face, eyes, lips, mouth and throat (angioedema), hives
  • Swelling, peripheral swelling
  • Increased liver enzyme values in blood
  • Increased blood glucose levels
  • Increased blood pressure
  • Variation in coagulation tests (INR value)

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to glucosamine or shellfish.
  • If you have diabetes or issues with blood sugar control, your blood sugar may need to be checked regularly.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have severe liver or kidney problems.
  • If you have asthma, glucosamine might make your symptoms worse.
  • Do not use if you have phenylketonuria.
