How to Use

Dosage

The typical dose for adults is 15 mg once a day. Your doctor may adjust this dose.

Method

Take the tablet once a day at around the same time, with water. You can take it with or without food.

Important

The maximum daily dose is 30 mg.

  • Light sensitivity of the eyes
  • Fast heartbeat
  • Drop in blood pressure when standing, causing dizziness or fainting
  • Hiccups

Important Warnings

  • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to aripiprazole or any other ingredients.
  • Tell your doctor immediately if you have thoughts of harming yourself.
  • Inform your doctor before starting if you have high blood sugar or a family history of diabetes.
  • Seek urgent medical attention if you develop muscle stiffness, high fever, sweating, changes in consciousness, or an irregular heartbeat.
  • This medicine may cause drowsiness, dizziness, and problems with balance, increasing the risk of falls, especially in elderly or frail patients.

  • Be careful when driving or operating machinery as this medicine can cause dizziness and vision problems.
  • Do not stop taking this medicine, even if you feel better, unless your doctor tells you to.
  • Tell your doctor if you experience unusual urges or behaviors like gambling, overeating, excessive spending, or unusual sexual thoughts, as your dose may need adjustment.
  • This medicine should not be used by children or adolescents under 15 years of age.
