How to Use

Dosage

After the initial dose increase period, adults usually take 30 mg twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

Method

Take the tablets by mouth, swallowing them whole with water. You can take them with or without food. Take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening, around the same time each day.

Important

The maximum daily dose for adults is 60 mg.

  • Severe allergic reaction (signs may include swelling of the face, lips, mouth, tongue, or throat, which can make it hard to breathe or swallow)

Important Warnings

  • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to apremilast or any other ingredients.
  • Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant or think you might be pregnant.
  • You should not become pregnant while taking this medicine. Use effective contraception during treatment.
  • Do not breastfeed while taking this medicine.
  • Tell your doctor right away if you experience worsening depression, suicidal thoughts, or any changes in mood or behavior.
