How to Use
Dosage
Take 30 mg twice a day.
Method
Swallow the tablets whole with water, with or without food, around the same time each morning and evening.
Important
Do not take more than 60 mg in one day.

Important Warnings
- Tell your doctor if you have worsening depression or suicidal thoughts before starting this medicine.
- Tell your doctor right away if you notice any changes in your mood or behavior, or if you have thoughts of harming yourself while taking this medicine.
- If you have severe kidney problems, your doctor will adjust your dose.
- Talk to your doctor if you lose weight without trying while taking this medicine.
- If you experience severe diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting, talk to your doctor.

- Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant, think you might be pregnant, or are trying to get pregnant. Use effective birth control during treatment.
