How to Use
Dosage
The typical dose is 30 mg twice a day, one tablet in the morning and one in the evening.
Method
Take the tablets by mouth, swallowing them whole, preferably with water. You can take them with or without food.
Important
The maximum daily dose is 60 mg.

Important Warnings
- Do not use if you are allergic to apremilast or any other ingredient in this medicine, or if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
- Tell your doctor immediately if you experience worsening depression, suicidal thoughts, or any changes in your mood or behavior.
- Contact your doctor if you have severe diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting, especially if you are 65 or older.
- Talk to your doctor if you experience unintended weight loss during treatment.
- Always tell your doctor or pharmacist about all other medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter and herbal remedies, as some medicines can affect or be affected by Apremilast ratiopharm.
