How to Use

Dosage

Typically, take one 5 mg tablet twice a day, or as your doctor has prescribed. Your dose may be different if you have certain health conditions like severe kidney problems, or if you are starting treatment for an existing blood clot. For children, the doctor will determine the dose based on their weight.

Method

Swallow the tablet whole with water. You can take it with or without food. Try to take it at the same time each day for the best effect. If you have trouble swallowing the tablet whole, you can crush it and mix it with a small amount of water, apple juice, or applesauce just before taking it.

Important

Always follow your doctor's instructions for your maximum daily dose. It can vary based on your specific condition and other health factors.
