Anidulafungin Accord is a medicine that treats serious fungal infections in adults and children by stopping the fungus from growing.
For adults: a starting dose of 200 mg on the first day, then 100 mg per day. For children and adolescents (1 month to under 18 years): a starting dose of 3.0 mg/kg (up to 200 mg) on the first day, then 1.5 mg/kg (up to 100 mg) per day, dose depends on weight.
The medicine is given once a day as a slow infusion (drip) into a vein.
