Amsalyo is a cancer medicine used to treat acute myeloid leukemia by stopping cancer cell growth.
Your doctor will determine the dose based on your general health and other treatments. Typically, 90-150 mg/m² daily for 3-5 consecutive days.
The medicine is given slowly as an intravenous infusion, meaning a drip into a vein, over at least 60 minutes.
The maximum daily dose is generally 150 mg/m².
