How to Use
Dosage
The usual dose is 50 Speywood units, divided into five injection sites between your eyebrows.
Method
A doctor will give you this medicine as an injection directly into your muscles.
Important
You should not receive this treatment more often than once every three months.
Possible Side Effects
COMMON
- •Headache
- •Pain, tingling, bruising, redness, swelling, itching, rash, irritation, or burning at the injection site, general weakness, tiredness, and flu-like symptoms.
- •Temporary facial paralysis.
- •Drooping upper eyelid, swollen eyelids, drooping eyebrows, tired eyes or weak vision, dry eyes, twitching muscles around the eye, watery eyes.
RARE
- •Eyelid twitching, vision disturbance, blurred vision, or double vision.
- •Eye allergy, hypersensitivity, rash.
- •Numbness.
- •Muscle wasting.
Important Warnings
- Do not use Alluzience if you are allergic to botulinum toxin type A or any other ingredient in this medicine.
- Do not use if you have an infection at the planned injection site.
- Tell your doctor if you have a nerve or muscle disease such as myasthenia gravis, Lambert-Eaton syndrome, or ALS.
- Very rarely, the medicine can spread to other areas, causing muscle weakness, trouble swallowing, speaking, or breathing. Seek immediate medical help if you experience these symptoms.
- Tell your doctor if you have a bleeding disorder (e.g., hemophilia).

- Tell your doctor if you have had or plan to have facial surgery.
- Tell your doctor if previous botulinum toxin treatments had no effect on your wrinkles.
- This medicine may cause temporary blurred vision or muscle weakness. Do not drive or operate machines if you experience these effects.
