How to Use

Dosage

Take 1 capsule when you need it.

Method

Swallow the capsules by mouth.

Important

Do not take more than 3 capsules a day. Use the medicine for a maximum of 10 days.

  • Fast heartbeat, feeling your heart pound, increased blood pressure
  • Serious conditions affecting blood vessels in the brain (PRES and RCVS), colon inflammation due to poor blood flow, reduced blood flow to the optic nerve

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to this medicine or any of its ingredients.
  • Do not use if you have severe heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or serious irregular heartbeats.
  • Do not use if you have an overactive thyroid, can't urinate, high eye pressure, or severe kidney disease.
  • Do not use if you have had a stroke or are at high risk of having one.
  • Do not use if you have taken MAO inhibitors in the last two weeks.

  • Do not use if you are already taking other medicines for a stuffy nose, either by mouth or sprayed into your nose.
  • Talk to your doctor before using if you have conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, an enlarged prostate, or certain types of tumors.
  • Stop using this medicine right away and call your doctor if you get a sudden, bad headache, feel sick, throw up, or have vision problems.
  • This medicine can cause a positive result in doping tests for athletes.
  • Stop taking this medicine two days before an allergy test.
  • If you are over 60, your doctor may want to check on you regularly.
  • Tell your doctor about this medicine before any surgery that requires anesthesia.
  • Stop taking this medicine and get medical help right away if you have sudden stomach pain or bleeding from your rectum.

Use in Elderly Patients

Category C

Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. For short-term use only. Increase the dosing interval in renal impairment. Administer only once a day already in mild renal impairment. Do not use in severe renal impairment. Consider sympathomimetic effects. (updated 15.5.2023)
